I have been a patient in this dental office for more than ten years now and I have been always impressed by the expertise and kindness of the staff of Dentist On Nellis. The front desk staff are very professional and at the same time compassionate. The dentists go to great lengths to make their patients comfortable and relaxed without pain. The dentist as well as the staff explains every step of the way what they are doing so you understand the procedure. The hygienist, dental assistant and dentist genuinely care about people. I will not go to any other place.
Absolutely love this place. This was my first time here, I chose this place because it was close to me and I had left another office due to a bad experience I had there. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk, to Victoria, to Dr.Tong, to Lindsay. Their equipment is up to date so they’re not outdated some offices. I say this because I have a small mouth so the equipment now is easier to get X-rays/pics vs with the old equipment. I’m not able to open my mouth for a long period of time so Lindsay was able to give me lots of breaks in between which I appreciate. I like the fact that they also have orthodontic services so it’s like a one stop shop. Don’t let the area fool you, the inside it’s very clean and nice. Will definitely be keeping them as my regular dentist!
Wow what can I say, I loved the Dentist Office on Nellis! Everyone was great, made me feel comfortable, very professional, everyone was terrific. I have a hard time finding a Dentist - but I left feeling good and look forward to my next 3 appointments.
I just moved back here from Illinois and I was looking for a dentist I could trust and that would get me in right away (because of the move and switching jobs I was overdue) Not only did they get me in for an exam and a cleaning right away but the ENTIRE staff are very knowledgeable and friendly as can be! They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I would, and have already recommended them to friends and family!
