Kylie is an incredibly positive, energetic, caring receptionist. The first time I stopped in I was rather nervous about needing an updo for an awards event, and she immediately made me feel calm and cared about. On my second visit and over the phone, she continues to be an amazing ambassador for this calm, upbeat, professional salon. If you are looking for a new salon, definitely consider Kaya. Kylie and the other amazing professionals here will make you feel at ease. Ricardo/Ricky was incredibly caring, meticulous, and took excellent care of me when I came in for my updo, and he stayed longer than his work day was supposed to entail. He made me feel so well listened to, and he has an incredible energy and positivity that I also appreciated in my second visit. He and Kylie are the reasons I came back to Kaya. On my second visit, Joseph did an outstanding job genuinely listening to me; communicating with me before and throughout the process of coloring, cutting, and styling my hair; being responsive; and making me feel comfortable and positive. He is incredibly talented, clearly loves his profession, and cares about his clients.
I haven’t had my hair colored or professionally cut in about 4 years and felt like I needed a change. I am soso happy I did!!! This salon is close to my house and I didn’t even have a stylist in mind. My appointment was with Kristy Rowland who did an absolutely incredible job on my highlights/tone and cut. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! The color is BEAUTIFUL and the cut is PERFECT. She really knows what she is doing and her personality rocks also!
I booked online for a haircut, and the really sweet receptionist called me back and booked me with Kristy. I’m very picky about my hair, and I think she did a fantastic job. She answered any question I had and made me feel super comfortable. When I first walked in, I was greeted right away and there was no wait, it’s a very clean salon as well. I can't wait for my next haircut with Kristy. ????
Kristy is both amazing and extremely knowledgeable about hair color/cuts. I came in looking for a new look and red color. She gave me the perfect combo and I literally can’t imagine going anywhere else. My hair is perfect and the amount of compliments I get on both the cut and color is overwhelming. She does such a perfect and I love how she likes to teach you about what she’s doing. My hair looks great and I learn at the same time. BOOK WITH KRISTY SHE IS THE BEST!
Kristy took care of me and she did amazing! I had grown my hair for about 4 years and decided it was time for a cut and I wanted donate it. She new exactly what to do and made it so much better than I thought it could be. I was nervous taking away so much but she made it perfect. She styled it after too and I felt like a new person.
