Beautiful spa where I had an amazing massage from Les Slaughter who works there. I took pictures of the art and decor where I waited since I loved it so much. Love the vibes of this spa in an easily accessible location. I highly recommend this place.
My friend has really nice hair and she told me to go to Diana. So happy I did! I was a nervous girl walking in because I have naturally curly hair which means I’m prone to people giving me cuts that just aren’t good. The dry air here made me want to go straight for awhile and I called. She was so sweet and relayed back what I described I wanted so I felt confident we were on the same page. She answered some questions about keeping my hair healthy and gave me some great suggestions I hadn’t thought of. She also helped to diagnose the issues with me hair (protein or moisture?!) and not only was I content with the cut but was surprised by how much I liked it. I actually love it and could tell she has an intuitive eye for what she does! I’m happy to have found my new stylist in Vegas!
I booked my hair appointment with Diana Soto to retouch my purple. it had been 5-6 months since I last had it done, it was long over do. I mentioned to her that I wanted shorter hair but I wasn't to sure if it would look good with my facial features. She assured me it would look good so I took a chance and went with it and I'm so glad I did. I fell in love with my new look, the color turned out amazing and so did the hair cut. Diana is very talented, professional, very easy going and communicated with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend her for color and hair cuts, she also does hair extensions. I will continue to book with her for color and hair cuts. Thank you so much Diana for my new look.
After 10 years of being a loyal client to Svetlana Georgieva - Aesthetician she has decided to refuse service to my mother, my grandmother and myself because she can no longer accommodate 3 appointments back to back. We loved going to her every month or so, at 90 years old it was one of the few things that my grandmother really enjoyed and always looked forward to being pampered. We started going to Svetlana while she was at Look Style Society and then stayed loyal to her when she moved to Icon Salon. We thought that giving her more business was better, had we known it would eventually lead to her refusing service to us we would not have booked 3 back to back appointments on every visit. When she started cancelling our appointments at the last minute and was not eager to reschedule us we knew something was wrong. We told her that if booking 3 appointments was too much that it would be fine if she booked our appointments for different days and instead she decided to not answer our text messages, phone calls, voicemails etc. As a business owner myself, I find this behavior completely unacceptable, unethical, unprofessional, and regret giving someone like this our business for so many years.
